Refrigerator still does not work

After you replaced the compressor and added new Freon, we did as you instructed by putting a bottle of water in each the freezer and refrigerator compartments. As you instructed We waited 24 hours before opening. Upon opening both the freezer and refrigerator, they were both blowing warm air and not cooling at all. There is an odor of Freon in the kitchen, Please contact us as soon as possible.

Waste of over $600.00… problem not diagnosed at initial visit.. Ice machine still not fixed after completely replacing unit… 2 appointments to evaluate still left with non working ice machine. If I did this in my business would loose my dental license….

The first time when this technician arrived to my house and after determining what was wrong with the ice maker, he informed my husband and I that we would have to move and disconnect the water line of the ice maker and place it out in the room it was in so he could easily do the repairs. He stated that if he came back and this was not done, he would not do repairs. I asked him for a phone number to his place of employment to discuss this matter. The number he gave me was to a Sears mattress company that only had a voice recording regarding if "my mattress was comfortable?" with no option to speak to a human. I followed up with Sears who I had a master protection agreement with for the appliance, they promised two technicians would come for the repair and they would move it for repairs. This didn't happen and the above individual arrived alone and refused to do repairs. I informed him what Sears had said regarding this situation. He called his boss and I asked to talk to his boss as well and he quickly said " that won't happen." Horrible or really no service from this individual with quite the condescending attitude. He and A& E company deserve each other.

Sears sent this same technician to repair our refrigerator/freezer twice and the issue was never repaired. The second time he came out within a month of time we were charge with the deductible fee for the same recall issue. Very unsatisfied with Sears Home Services

Never came to my house.

I had a technician coming to my house on sixth of February. It seems like he was on so sorry of medication. He sat outside for 45 minutes before coming in and it took him five minutes to get his mind clear and took out a thermometer to see how cold the freezer is and then looked at the compartment on top of the refrigerator and said there's this issue with the sealer. He said he will order parts and I should have it by next week and they can come and fix it. He never ordered any parts and he never informed me that he didn't order parts or that he's not coming. so I'm giving this person who today was supposed to show up again which he never did is zero rating and your system is zero rating for not contacting me for two weeks.new
