James was awesome
I had two burners on my Kitchen Aid downdraft range that were not functioning properly. James came out and diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and today he came to fix it. It is working like a charm. James is very professional and a lovely gentleman. Wonderful service.

Joey is the only good things about Sears so far in my almost 2 years of experience. He knows his stuff. Very knowledgeable professional and courteous. He makes Sears look good. It took almost 2 months to get it fixed but that is the Sears issue not technicians. I dread making call to Sears. They will transfer you 7 times and you each time you have to re identify yourself with full details and then they will drop the call. Very poor phone customer service. I have been waiting for my dishwasher to be fixed for the last 3 months. My appointment has been cancelled and rescheduled 6 times. Today they told me that they have no technicians available to help and as such could not give me an appointment date. Pathetic.

The Sear's Appliance service contract is absolutely great. It has been one of the best purchases we have ever made. Much of that has to do with the outstanding service we receive from John! John is exceptionally professional in his demeanor, expertise, and customer interaction. It is a joy when we learn that John will be the one to provide any needed services. Thanks!
