Bowman was a total pro. He knew what needed to be done, he allayed my concerns of potential other issues. He created a solution and went to get the parts, worked with my schedule to return and install it. He got me the best price and finished the install efficiently. Relatively new unit stopped working and threw a code for drain pump fail or obstruction. It was more complicated than that and Luis figured out how to remedy the problem without having to order parts and take more time. Especially appreciated since this happened two days before Thanksgiving and a big crowd to feed. .

First of all, I would like to say your technicians were good . knowledgeable pleasant and apologetic. After several re schedules by your company it was good to actually have someone come. It would be nice to speak with an actual person. all phone numbers are sent to a menu with no one answering. It's extremely frustrating. You have the customers pay upfront, so there's no rush for you to come out and service the customer.
