Dishwasher Repair
The man you sent today,Zack, was great. The man you sent yesterday had never fixed a dishwasher like ours and had only seen videos. Who ever sent him should be fired. You need trained technicians like Zack. I intend t Zack, new exactly what he was doing and very polite. Also, your system for customer service is horrible. There is no way to talk to a human being. KitchenAid Heating Element Replacement
Start with the bad I don't like that Sears give you an all day window for a service technician to show up. Basically I had to waste a whole day waiting for my technician. The good my Service technician was Ignacio. He showed up and was very helpful and friendly and diagnosed the issue with our range. He have the quote and I asked if he had the parts on his van. He went out got the parts and came back in to replace the heating element.
