Great Service
Michael was efficient and very professional. I would like to state that it would be great if you still offered the cleaning maintenance of the window units you sold me—but because it requires two people—Sears isn't able to provide what is required to maintain their own product.

Alexis was very nice. I was disappointed that I had to pay the service fee so that I could be told that my device was not able to be repaired since it has been retired. I could have told them the model number over the phone and saved everyone the hassle.

He was very polite and was concerned about my AC he checked my AC carefully and noticed my compressor was very hot and explained it would be to expensive to replace it after all the cost that would be involved he said I should hear from the company soon and I thanked him
