Sergio was wonderful. He knew immediately what the problem was and gave me options to resolve the situation. I've always relied on Sears for their products AND their maintenance service. I feel very lucky to still have Sears in my hometown. Thank you!

Fixed my air conditioner
I told him I couldn't sleep due to the noise that the air conditioner made in the middle of the nite on the surface nothing was obvious but he took the whole air conditioner out to see what was going on and put it back and now the air conditioner has a better noise .. I want to say Thank you for going the extra mile !! Maribel

They wore masks as requested. I had one on myself. They called to let me know when they were close by. They were polite and courteous. They were professional and started work immediately. They reported with adequate manpower (2 people) They took the part that was shipped to me with them. They determined that it would not fix my air conditioner problem. They reported to sears customer service that they were unable to find parts that would repair my air conditioner.
