Terrible service
Tom was unable to fix my AC then put in the technician report on the invoice that the customer declined service which is TOTALLY FALSE!!!! It seemed like he had never worked on this model GE air conditioner and he didn't know what the error code that was displayed, E14 was or what it meant or how to fix the unit.

Technician
Incompetent. Advised me to pay someone to remove the air conditioner from the wall. I have a five year warranty. Your entire company is just terrible. The air conditioner has not been working since June.

Waste of my time.
His presence was not terrific. Not to mention I still have the same issue. When I was telling him what the issue was, he didn't quite get it. I told him that the temperature thermostat would freeze often more in the morning then during the day when it was rather warm. Again this morning, it did not come on, his recommendation was to turn off the Wi-Fi app. I paid extra for that so it should not be the reason why it's not working. I could actually take a video and show you again today when I hit the button it said it was 64° the room temperature in the room which it was not but once hitting the button you started seeing the temperature go up and then went up to 75. The turn on temperature is 69. But that's what I try to explain to him the room temperature often sleeps, and you have to re-initiate or wake it up , and he had no understanding of what I was talking about. I would not recommend a GE product nor this contract to anyone.

Not happy at all the last entry said the technician wouls be there at around 4:06 pm. Did not show up till 5:30pm.

Air conditioner
The tec came out and did nothing just told me the unit is good even though it mest up my wall inside from it leaking and I told him it's shuts off he saw the damage took pictures but did not not it like he said he would he told me the pass tec did not do they job and clean it like it supposed to be clean he said the whole unit supposed to be out the window it's 24 years old air conditioner and I pay for this for what fir him to tell just buy a new one when u supposed to replace it I will be canceling your service. I'm done with you.
