Birds Nesting
I found Liem to be courteous, professional, effective and efficient. I have an upstairs window/wall unit and water had been leaking back inside the house. I told him I had been trying to make noises with the AC grates to keep birds out that were attempting to nest in there. Liem was able to remove the debris successfully & bravely, to clear the drainage. My little black dog and I are grateful for his help!

2023 A/C annual check-up
A very personable service provider and representative for Sears Home Services, he inspected our 23 yr old window unit's fins and interior and marveled at its durability and efficiency. I had hoped to get a more thorough cleaning to address the musty smell at start up, but Roberson suggested I do that myself next spring by pulling out the entire cooling unit, which he did not.

The service of the technicians is professional, and very good service, but they are not honest when reporting to the Sears company. Sometimes they do not want to report that the equipment cannot be repaired, for fear of losing their job.
