Ahead is a good technician. He works until the job is done and he cares about the customer. I used to work for Sears many years ago and Sears taught its employees that the customer comes first and should be taken care of regarding their needs. Thanks to AJ that he displays this trait.

Repair of water leakage coming from Expansion Tank
Mr. Anthony was very professional. He called to let me know when he would get here. He asked me what the problem was, as I explained to him, he was not sure if Sears handle that problem. But he assured me he would come by and check to see and relay the information back to his company. I was not sure where the water was coming from. After he arrived and assessed the problem, he checked with the team leader. Unfortunately, after checking with his team leader (Supervisor), Sears does not work on that particular unit. He also informed me that he would relay the information to my warranty company. Every time I have had a Sears Technician come out; they have been very professional. Excellent job hiring professional personable people.

Technician are great
Technicians are great, the problem lies in getting items replaced. We paid for the extended warranty and the water heater is leaking, the first technician came to the house and said it needed to be replaced. I heard nothing, had to call and was told a second opinion was needed. Rachid came and yes it needs to be replaced. No appointment is scheduled I have to call AGAIN. In the meantime the water heater is leaking, we are replacing towels wrapped around it two to three times a day. My question, when the leak ruins my hardwood floors, who pays to have them replaced? They live to take your money for the warranties, but getting an appliance replaced is like pulling teeth.

We were told by another company that we needed a new furnace. Also it was not kicking out heat. Otis showed me that we didn't need a new one and identified that the last technician left the gas off. Thank you sir!
