Persistant Fixer
McLeod was pleasant and hard working. Although he was not able to fix my cooktop (it was less costly to replace it), he explained everything to me and showed me how to use it in the interim until I get a new one.

Our repair person did an amazing job, at first he wasn't going to try to fix it because I bought the dishwasher used, and there was no guarantee it would work. However, he decided to problem solve and he got it up and running in a short time.

Microwave malfunction
Nicolas Dionysios was very knowledgeable and spent a good bit of time getting to the bottom of the problem with our microwave. He was very careful and patient in removing it and very careful in diagnosing the problem. He was very friendly and considerate and answered many questions we had. We highly recommend him.
