Doug was excellent!! Your company is very difficult to work with. There were 2 no shows for this maintenance before today. No one called to cancel. Your technicians are GOOD. Your customer service is VERY POOR. I was working with A&E but think you are the same.

Ray, was excellent in diagnosing the problems getting the correct parts ordered. He then set up his return and installed the two new parts and was done within 30 minutes and now we have a working microwave again.

I will be looking for a new warranty company after this contract expires. I have never in my life dealt with a company that is so difficult to communicate with. Their automated answering service is the worst so don't expect to be able to speak with anyone.
