Wayne was very professional in appearance and conduct. He left unable to repair the garbage disposal (aka food disposer). He said Sears would be sending a replacement unit. I have no confirmation but plan to follow up in a week if I receive no correspondence.

He did everything right. He called 20 minutes before getting here to tell me he was on the way. He got here and swapped out my broken garbage disposal with a new one and cleaned up well.
