David arrived bright and early. He was friendly and very professional. He immediately got to work after listening patiently to the saga of our freezer. He quickly found the problem, remedied the situation and tested everything before he left. Overall a very good experience.

Good day: We had the opportunity to have a wonderful service representative to our home today. He was thorough, he explained things in a way that my husband and I could understand and he was extremely professional and polite. Wonderful experience! Not sure the ice maker is fixed or not, but that has nothing to do with the service technician, more of a imperfection in the manufacturing of the Kenmore Elite Refrigerator, bottom freezer. Thank you.

Technician was great but….
The technician was great however, it took 4 appointments before the repair was completed. The first appointment was diagnostic and parts ordered. The next appointment the technician never showed up and I got a text 40 minutes before the 5pm window expired. Rescheduled again and again, after waiting all day, no technician and again rescheduled. Finally, the technician came and made the repairs. Each appointment is an 8am to 5pm window so each day was a wasted day. And there was no compensation for my wasted time. Not very good customer service on that end.
