Our dryer was not getting Dry/hot clothes were coming out wrinkly we had to dry our clothes, three times or more to get them dry. Frank came over fix the dryer replace something wrong and the dryer is so hot when you open the door the heat comes out our clothes come out dry wrinkle free fresh. He did an awesome job. Jamie did a great job with my dryer. My dryer had a lot of lint that actually caught on fire. He did a very good job cleaning all of the lint out of it. I highly recommend Jamie He was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend everyone to get there dryer serviced before a fire starts.

Technician was great but the person or persons making up the labor charges should be fired for ripping off the public I will google and yelp how bad sears has become no wonder all of your stores have closed but a few with greedy suits that they have making decisions
