Came right in, did the job and left. Very friendly. As far as the texting from your service center, I would receive texts asking if I would like to reschedule…gave me the availabile times but no way to select the option. I had to go into your website, from my computer, to make the change.

Ken did a great job with an old dryer
Ken came out and was able to breathe new life into our old dryer. Got it all cleaned up and fixed the noise that it was not supposed to be making. Could not be happier with the results.

He was fantastic. He got right in, fixed the problem, informed me about vents and how it holds lint, debris etc and how to fix it. He was courteous and knowledgeable. All around he is a 5 star! Way to go!
