Jason was wonderful. He was focused on the job at hand, listened to my explanation of issues I was having and we both didn't feel I needed a new motor so that was great finding that out because Jason saved me a little over $500. So I really appreciate his knowledge and help in determining the issue with my dryer. Wonderful tech. Will be a great asset to Sears Service Repair department. Some people truly care for and enjoy their customers and their work and deserve bonuses or even raises while other techs just seem to be out to take a customer for what they can get out of them. Keep Jason. He's one of the good ones.
