Repair dishwasher
The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. It appears that whatever was wrong has resolved itself by shutting off the breaker for several days.

good tech
He's thorough, professional, and polite. Some of your techs aren't but Tyler is a keeper.

Bryan was very professional, explained the issue with our dishwasher, and cleaned up after himself. He was a great technician.

Excellent - would recommend
Zakary was a pro. When determined an additional part was needed, they went out and got the part from the warehouse instead of scheduling another delivery/install date. They were very professional and had great customer service.

Fast Service
When our dishwasher quit, finding someone to service our unit was iffy. On-line, I fund Sears Home Services. Their web page allowed me to select a date and time right on their website. The response was just a few days, not weeks. Michael found the problem and ordered the parts right then. He also set up an appointment for installation.

Great Service
Arkadiy is a true professional. He takes pride in his work. He explains what the problem is and how he is going to fix it. Ours was a dishwasher occasionally not draining due to an object interfering with the tub water level sensor. We learned to always check the sensor to make sure it is clear before starting a wash cycle.
