Excellent service
Eduardo is professional, polite, and knowledgeable. When my dishwasher was originally installed, it was placed slightly crooked in the cabinet. When Eduardo left it was straight. He fixed it without me saying to. Thanks for the super job.

Excellent Technician
John H is an excellent technician. Unfortunately the SEARS system does him no favors. The chatbot and SEARS communication was completely inadequate. Eventually, John H gave me his personal number so we could arrange service efficiently. The AI is complete garbage and does a disservice to your excellent technician.

Troubleshoot a Bosch Dishwasher

Quick and professional
My tech was very professional and quick to find the issue with my dish washer. He took the time to explain what happened to the dish washer and the course of action to have it repaired. Unfortunately but fortunate enough the machine is being replaced.
