Jim called when he was about 10 minutes away and he drove up on time. He estimated how long the repair would take and he was right on the money. He was respectful of my property and was friendly and knowledgeable. He had me try out the mower before he left to be sure I was satisfied. Lawnmower repair/ tuneup
Andrew was great. Scheduling was not. I was told he would show up at 3:00pm by the scheduler even though text messages said 8:00-5:00pm. I called to confirm and she verified that he would come at 3:00pm. He showed up at 9:00am.
