The person said he couldn't make a diagnosis if the problem did not exist. He immediately said it was the filters because they were dirty, without checking the unit because he sees it all the time & was certain this was the problem. He kept on saying how the company wanted them in and out. He made me to believe he was spending too much time at the premises. He barely checked the unit out. He used his meter to show me it was both cooling & heating.

REPAIR WAS NOT COMPLETED WITHIN THE ORIGINAL SCHEDULE.
THE COST WAS MUCH HIGHER THAN I REMEMBER IT BEING IN THE PAST FOR THIS AIR CONDITIONING REPAIR!

Not happy with service
Mr. Orland was assigned to come to my house because the bottom tray of the air conditioning had over flow. Yes he did drained the tray and also he taped a small hall that some place in a duct. Something like that. A few days latter the area including the tray was check by a air conditioning technician and he told me that tray was dirty full of slime and was clogged. This has not happen before in my 40 + years that Sears has serviced my home appliances.

It's still not fixed ( And it's hot in my home)
The service man was friendly and knowledgeable. He found two leaks and cut a big hole in the side of the furnace duct . Still no a/c . Now we have to wait for the home warranty company.

Problem not diagnosed
First off all, I don't have any problems with the technician per say. Omar was punctual and personable. Unfortunately the problem I am having is intermittent (The heater will occasionally not kick back on when the temperature drops too low - usually once every day or two) and it wasn't acting up while Omar was here. He looked things over but wasn't able to find a cause. This means I'll likely have to call someone else out (and make sure I can be home for it) after some more documentation.

Thermostat replacement and perform a PM on the entire system
Technician came and verified that the thermostat was no functioning properly so he could not perform a PM check of the entire system. He said that he needed to obtain a 'repair order' so he could obtain a replacement thermostat. That was about a week ago and I have not heard anything from him since.

Value time!
Nate did a good job once he arrived to my home. However, he didn't arrive until after 5pm. The whole day was wasted waiting on him from 8am-5pm. That's not great service!

Did not clean up after
He left and did not dry out the water in the settlement area. This is the first time a technician fixed the issue and did not clean up the area.
