Revisits Schedule needs improvement
The Technician Corin was great. He fixed my issue & explain it in detail what was done. There are two things I did not like with Sears. I was a revisit and I was the last stop at the end of the day. All revisits should be first and any new appointments come after that. I think it is unfair to make a revisit wait all day for the repair. I also don't like how you can't contact someone if you have a question about your appointment. You have to go through the automated system which takes you thru a lot just to try to speak with someone. They really only want to speak with those who are making new appointments or purchasing something. This needs to be approved because sometimes you want to speak with a person and that is not easily done.
