The technician was great. He identified the issue with my washer, ordered the part needed, and went ahead and scheduled another visit to replace the part on the washer that wasn’t working. On the second visit, he was very efficient with ensuring the washer was now working properly. The only issue I have with the company is the automated system when you try to call. I had a question and found it difficult to get ahold of an actual person. The repair and technician was great though.

The tech was wonderful - but the automated system was most frustrating. The service call was delayed twice because I could not get it to accept that the part had arrived and I was waiting. Tyler was fast, professional, and courteous, and I look forward to resuming maintenance and repair for our other appliances.
