Thor cooktop
Gave excellent info. Unit cooking zones too small. Uneven cooking but that's the way they're made. Very unhappy with company

Communication
Communication is greatly missing. It has to do with scheduling and trying to speak to a real person when trying to contact you. Since I was scheduled for service, all I could get was automated help. That didn't even work because it was typed that you would get message to the technician which didn't happen. He was also 3 hours later than you originally said which caused me to do some scrambling and therefore missing an important afternoon meeting. You need to do much better. Maybe a local call number for the area? When I scheduled I told the person what the trouble wasn't ( refrig wouldn't light). I replaced the bulb which wasn't the problem. David had no idea why he was there. He also needs a better phone. He had a verizon phone which wasn't getting a signal. I had a verizon phone and a US Cellular phone right next to him with no problems getting a signal.

Samsung dryer
Cory was polite. At first the repair was inspect and adjust but ultimately the belt tension wheel hub had failed. With some research a replacement was found on his truck and repairs were accomplished. The part was expensive compared to on-line research.

Second time round
This was the second time in less than 40 days that we needed service on our 24-year-old washer, thank goodness Rubin came this time. Now for the bad news, your customer service, how can you stay in business when there isn't a phone number where you can talk to a living person with an IQ above 50. Even in the chat room they cannot provide you with a number and it is awful to think a company so large as Sears has sunk so low, they will not talk to their customers, shame on them. I would appreciate a call from someone in upper management..

Never use A&E
Cory was not the issue but I will say I have never experienced such poor performance from a company as a whole in all my 61 years!! I will let as many people as I can know of my very bad experience with A&E. It stayed home from 8am to 5 pm more than 10 times with no explanation of why appointments were cancelled. I kept very detailed notes of each interaction throughout the more then two months it took to repair a washer and I would be more then happy to share it you really are looking to improve.

SUCKS
He came on the 7/16 to replace parts that where order from 7/1. He rushed thought the job and cause two more problem with my dryer. I had to call back two days later for a very loud squeaking noise. The other tech found that he did not attach a bracket. Then I had to call again because the drum stop turning and a burnt rubber smell. Today 8/23 tech found a fade belt. The belt was put back up side down, so the teeth on the gears ripped it a part. All because of his poor workemship I have been with out a dryer for over one month. If you see this tech ask for a new one. So my true rating for him is zero not one

He said part was installed
Sears technician took the front off the washer. Told us the wrong part was ordered Found some mouse droppings (I had no idea they were there) Said he couldn't work under these conditions and LEFT I don't know if he ordered the correct part or not My husband does not know how to take the washer apart. If a tech could get us to the mouse droppings we would clean them up and sanitize the area.
