I don't know what this means.
Daniel was very courteous and efficient. The only complaint is we were told between 3-5 and he got here after 5. I did call when it was five and the automated system said it could be as late as 7. That's 4 hours from the beginning time that we had to be at home.

Polite and respectful

Fridge repair
Our technician was very polite and nice. This is the 3rd time we have had someone come to repair our fridge and he finally figure out what the issue was in not time.

Your company is horrible. 4 no shows, without notice. No way to ever talk to a person. I feel sorry for your techs, as they have to deal with your customers that are extremely angry with your poor service. I had to use you, an extended warranty. I will never do that again.
