Experience was great very profesional repair man. Very personable. Explained what he was doing and how it was fixed. Even played with our very annoying Yorkie. Nice repair man! If I need send him again.

Stove repair
We finally had someone Shaun take their time and diagnose the problem with my stove and fixed the problem. We had 6 other useless people come and do nothing. If I could give Shaun a score of 10 I would. He was efficient polite and took great care.

Richard was very helpful and professional and did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone needing service. The amount of time it took to make an appointment to have the problem analyzed and have a service tech here, and then to get another appointment to have the repair performed was excessively long (about 6 weeks total). That is not Richard's fault.
