Cory is kind and professional and polite and just a really nice guy! He knew almost immediately what the issue was with our "new" washer. We had gotten the washer from Habitat for Humanity Restore only to get it home and it wouldn't work. Cory did have to order a part and just 1 week later he came back and within 5 minutes it was installed and we now have a wonderful working washer! I highly recommend Cory H. and Sears home repair!
