Thermostat replacement
The technician did good work. But this was the 3rd try: the people on the phone who took the order made several mistakes. Mainly, the technician was given the wrong information about the problem. So instead of bringing the replacement thermostat to the first appointment, he spent 90 minutes just to find the part # (which was on the order from 2018) which then had to be ordered. And on the second try, a different person came too late. So after a lot of wasted time, the repair was done this 3rd time. Time will tell if the problem is resolved. It took several tries to get the correct email address into your system. I was not able to talk to anyone about this, but I was given an email address to voice my concerns. The response showed little regard for customer service.
