Maksym was efficient and professional. He diagnosed the problem and was able to keep our 31-year-old Kenmore dryer going once he identified the problem and found that the replacement part was still available. We are nearly 80, are from three generations of loyal Sears customers, and are delighted to find out that there is still a Sears home service. Thank you.
