Rubin
Rubin was great, but communication through bot is frustrating as is having to constantly check email on scheduled day as times kept changing!

Great Tech. Great person
Just a great service Technician. I wish we could just get him every time. Done right the first time every time….

Dishwasher repair
Jim is a real professional. The best service I have had from any previous service for any appliance. He knew exactly what the problem was and explained what needed to fix it and why it became defective. In addition, explained to me things I can do to make it run more efficiently and how to keep the dish washer running cleaner. Thanks, Lee

Very nice
David was extremely professional and even after a very long day, patiently waited for the express load to run to completion to make sure it worked. This was the third service person to come and look at my washer so I appreciate that he did this.

Quick and polite.
Problem fixed real quick. Rubin was also very nice and polite. I would definitely have him fix my dryer again.

John was great!
Took almost 2 wks for service to get here but repair tech John took only a few minutes to determine a part was needed. However Whirlpool has deemed this model non repair & doesn't make parts available. So now I wait for Choice Home Warranty to get back to me. Tough these days to get along w/ out a micro, but John was upbeat, pleasant & great!

One tech good other not so much
Shaun g was great. John not so much horrible experience over all but Shaun saved it. Service techs coming out and ordering parts without approval putting them in, nut fixing the issue then finally diagnosed it right only to be told other parts no longer "covered" John put in and removed a part leaving me with a torn door seal and a extra leaky unit. Techs should not be ordering parts without authorization from warranty company causing issues with payments and parts. The fact that a service tech put in a part then removed it and put the old damaged part back in is a problem. Very unprofessional I was not even given an option he just took it and did not tell us he removed the new one and put the old one back in. The door seal he put back in now has multiple tears in it from removing and replacing so I need to deal with it on my own.Shaun saved the day he was professional abd apologized for the inconvenience of all the visits took 4 visits in total and not really happy about it. You are told by "Sears" robot service that you need to provide make model and serial numbers so the tech can come with parts but they don't come with any then have to order parts and come back multiple times. Reached out to Sears through the "CHAT" wvich does not function as you can only select premade options and can never speak with a human to resolve issues. Again Shaun was the only good thing from our entire experience of almost a month to get a repaur. Still had some leakage and might just have to buy a replacement unit at this point.
