Joseph was great. He tried calling the phone number of my mother who passed 2.5 years ago. It was not removed from the account even though I asked for it to be after she passed. When he tried calling me today to say he was running 3 hours behind, he called a stranger and I never got the call.

Great guy!
I wasn't informed A and E were coming here. Diamond factory service was here earlier today and stated parts would be ordered. Obviously a mix up by sears. If I had my choice I'd much prefer Shaun G. Knowledge professional and personable. I wasn't provided any paperwork by diamond. If they don't contact me within 3 working days re parts- I'll be contacting Assurance and request Shaun be the service technician.

Dishwasher repair
Shaun was very professional and thorough. We decided the problem wasn't the dishwasher but a poor quality GFI. That explains why it randomly worked. It was a relief to have the issue resolved.

Shaun was both professional and thorough. Wad able to diagnose the issue quickly, and perform the necessary service to get my dryer working like new! He patiently explained each step and kept me informed throughout the entire repair. He also made recommendations for ongoing maintenance to prevent potential future issues. VERY impressive!!
