The technician finally got the job done in about an hour today. (After our initial appointment a few months ago. The timeline for repairs is unrealistic!! I am cancelling this warranty program today) But, he did so with many choice words being thrown out of his mouth. He is VERY vocal about his displeasure with how things were not working out with the tools he had. He talks out loud to himself-very loudly. He repeated himself many times and it was very uncomfortable to be in the same room as he was. He sounds like maybe he needs professional help.

Felt like he didn't want to fix the appliance, said it was a good choice to replace. Quoted 1,400 to replace compressor and it was still under warranty.

My brand new ice maker installed less than 24 hours ago has quit making ice. I ordered and paid for a new ice maker not a refurbished. I don't like were this is going.

Showed up and didn't do anything. Walked in, said he couldn't do work because the AC was running. Even though we called them out because the AC was leaking water and not blowing cold air. Left after 30seconds, saying he can't fix it. What a joke

I was home the entire day. NO one showed up! Interesting that Ingot a reciept that someone else completed. My ac worked for about 12 hours and quit again.

Waste of money

I basically was told before he started to just buy a new fridge because LG's are no good. Then I was quoted over $1600. I was told when I set the appointment up a week before that they come with starts to try and fix on the spot. That was not the case. He rattled off a bunch of prices, for items. Swore at his phone a couple times and said he was going to throw his phone across the room cause he was mad at it on not working. Was there maybe 20 mins. The whole experience was a waste of time and money.
