Sean did a nice job of keeping us updated on his arrival. He diagnosed the problem immediately. He was very polite and friendly and give me some tips on maintaining my refrigerator. Very nice guy!

Dryer problems
Mickey was friendly and efficient. Part of the dryer problem was solved but I still am not getting more than 5 minutes of drying time on my higher two temperature levels. Will need a return visit .
