Took over 3-months to get fixed.
John was a nice guy and he communicated very well with me; however, it was the another Sears service guy that figured out the problem and ordered the correct part. Then John returned to repair it. I believe we had 6 or 7 parts to come throughout the 3 months. I'm just glad it finally fixed. I've owned appliances by Frigidaire my entire life. I couldn't believe how their dishwasher broke down within 3 years. My old Frigidaire dishwasher over was 21-years-old and still worked before replacing it due to an upgraded kitchen.

Poor service
Horrible experience an not helpful at all I lost my deductible an waited 2 weeks for absolutely no work done an wasted 10 hours of pay from my job having to wait for Joe to diagnose something an told me he would not fix it an let my warranty to expire an told me to sign up again an not to fix my air conditioner

microwave repair
Burning smell coming from microwave which he diagnosed as problem with transformer. However, the same smell continued to come after the transformer change and asked to review again, refused to acknowledge the problem and got angry!

Unacceptable
It took over 4 weeks just to fix my water tank. Unacceptable time. Your service is just poor and unacceptable. And I just renewed my warranty to. Maybe a mistake on my end..
