Best Service Tech
We have never had a better service tech. He went above and beyond in helping us understand our oven and answering every question that we had. He arrived on time, worked fast, and cleaned up any mess. What more could you ask for.

Appliance yearly check
Alex did an awesome job. I do have a complaint on getting the refund due me on removing washer/dryer from warranty. One rep told me I'd have to call back the following week and then I' d get a check issued to me. That didn't make sense, but I called back. I was told I couldn't have a check issued the refund would have to go back on the credit card it was originally used. I explained that card is no longer in existence as I'd been hacked and canceled the card. The rep kept telling me that was the only way I could get my refund. She just would not listen. She even told me to call my bank to get the old card number. How stupid! The card is DEAD! I finally got mad and told her to keep the money and that she sucked. Not my way of dealing with issues, but I got pushed to the limit. The technical who came to check my appliances was great. He did an awesome job and explained everything as he checked them.
