The washer still has the same problem. To spin out I have to do another setting of drain and spin. The clothes are still twisting around the agitator.

Alex was very clear in communicating when he would be at our house. Once there Alex explained our appliance problems and options available to fix them. Alex thoroughly cleaned and attended our appliance as required. Alex was clean cut and used appropriate language.

The washer runs now, but not all features aren't available and dial is not calibrated to dial light. Need the whole thing to work.

Michael was fine but Sears Home Services as a company is absolutely disappointing and useless. We will never use them again. Michael was helpful in telling us that he could come for the follow up service after 1pm. I don't know if it was Michael but on the actual service date, they came at 11am. There is no way to call anyone and customers are expected to problem solve with a bot. I tried several different ways but there seems to be no way to call anyone. I did get a voice mail a few days later with someone mumbling about having taken the liberty of rescheduling our service appointment for 2 weeks later! I'm going to cancel it; I will never have SHS in my home again.

This tech is the most bumbling and incompetent tech I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Everytime this tech has come out he has been aloof (almost as if he was stoned). He has come to our house 4 times to diagnose the issue regarding our AC. Everytime he has told me something else, and that it wasn't the AC. Even though I have had local technicians come out to inspect the AC. I do not recommend Joseph W to come out and diagnoe the issue. He is incompetent and doesn't exude confidence. If you work with Joseph and it is your only option, take it with a grain of salt. He is horrible because his communication with his manager/boss are3 horrible.

bad experience all around

It started when my appointment was scheduled the morning of the appointment I received a confirmation. 90 minutes later my appointment was rescheduled for 2 weeks later. the day of the rescheduled appointment when I received confirmation the tracking showed 10:08 at 11:30 I called scheduling a few minutes later the tracking was updated for 1:10 around 1:00 it was pushed to 2:02 at 1:45 it was pushed to 3:00 he finally showed up about 3:45. He spent less than 30min for 3 appliances. when I asked questions he said everything was working fine (which was not true) he then walked away while I was still trying to ask additional questions he seemed in too much of a hurry to talk to me and really address my concerns. Completely horrible experience.

Was told by a company that one of the rings for the heat exchanger is popped. We told the technician and he never looked, he just took his wand and checked for a carbon monoxide leak which none. We never said we had a carbon monoxide leak. The company who found the popped ring said that over time it could caused a monoxide issue as the gas Furnance continues to fire.

The gentleman doing the repair was wonderful. However somehow the system pulled information for a family member not me the actual client. Then sent a confirmation email telling me the repair tech would be going to the wrong address and giving an alternate phone number that was never entered by the scheduler. Tried to call never could get a real person or to anyone that could help for that fact, just kept getting hung up on by the system.
