Hangs in there
My Sears refrigerator has been nothing but trouble since I bought it 4 years ago. In this last failure technicians were dispatched 6 times over the 2 months I was without the use of the refrigerator and it was Josh who finally properly diagnosed the problems and fixed them. I appreciate how he stuck to it until I could actually use my refrigerator again!
