Appliance Knowledge
Called Sears to check out our refrigerator/freezer, because of temperature rise in the freezer department. Mehrdad (technician) arrived , and after he did some diagnostics, he explained that the freezer canister, was not going bad, and explained , due to an excess of dust/dirt blocking the air flow, the motor decided to power down after over-heating, and re-set . He found the temperature was correcting itself. Mehrdad was so knowledgeable and explained everything , in a manner, we understood!!!
