Fixed our oven
Mehran efficiently and expertly replaced some oven parts and reinstalled it. He used all the information previously supplied by Don, and quickly worked the task. Both of them did a fantastic job for us!

Knowledgeable, highly competent technician
Mehrdad quickly diagnosed the problem with my washing machine and did a great job replacing the drain hose. I did, however, have an issue dealing with Sear's AI phone system. Mehrdad ordered the replacement part during his first visit. The part arrived several days before the next appointment to install. The day before that appointment, I received an email that the part had not arrived and I needed to reschedule. I was unable to call, text, or email a human to let them know I had the part. So, I rescheduled for the next day, only to receive the same email. Fortunately, the technician arrived as scheduled, and the work was completed.
