Fantastic service given by Aidar. Quick diagnosis and analysis of the repair needed. Gave honest answers to our questions with no pressure sell or tring to 'upsell'. We chose not to fix the dishwasher. But he fixed the washing machine same day in a very short time! Only negative was that the office did not clarify that there would be two diagnostic fees because we were having two machines looked at. It sounded like it was only 1 fee for coming to the house. Clarification would have been very good.
