Great work every time
After recent bomb cyclone power outage here in PNW, my frig began making wheezing noises when it cycled. Called Sears on a Monday. Tech was here on Tuesday morning, diagnosed the problem. He explained what it was and why and how it happened. Then he fixed it in record time and even provided frig maintenance services. Sears employs capable, experienced, friendly technicians and I trust them every time.

Don great/Sears terrible
It took Sears a full month to find the simplest part — a drive belt for a GE drier. During that time the only explanation I got was "part has not shipped." When I told them to cancel my repair order and issue me a full refund, they found the part in a matter of days. The guys who actually worked on the machine were great, but I would NEVER do business with Sears again.
