Dryer Service
Mehran was great! I didn't need the 12 emails asking me if I wanted to put all my appliances on a warranty agreement. And the 12 emails was in the time span of about 6 days including a phone call. But the service was great!

Water sensor replacement
Mehran was quick and efficient. As soon as he knew the error code he Immediately knew what to check and replace. He took care not to damage our floors. He explained what he was doing and what the components were that he needed to remove to get to the sensor and replace. He waited to make sure we were satisfied with the washer after it went through a cycle to confirm the washer was fixed and did not get another error code. We are very satisfied with the service and repair.
