Understood my issues
Finally, a service tech who Understands how my split ovens are meant to work. He explained the mechanics and how to work around the poor design by the manufacturer. He tested temp and explained how to work around the fluctuations. He also was able to explain so I could understand; comprehend.

Friendly and thorough service
Brandon was very friendly and knowledgeable about the appliance issue I was having. He was able to inspect the appliance and figure out what the issues were and provided a diagnosis. He explained everything to me in terms that I could understand and he submitted the necessary paperwork and updates to my home warranty immediately, to ensure that the repair process moves along as swiftly as possible.

Very patient and understanding
We were very afraid of using our microwave after it sparked when a previous technician came to look at it. He replaced the part and tested the microwave giving us a lot of reassurance that it was back to normal function and gave us recommendations to prevent it from happening again.
