Oven repair
Different guy to the one you originally came out to diagnose. Unfortunately the diagnosis was wrong and the oven didn't heat. Fortunately our guy kept investigating and had the broken part on his truck. Fixed just in time for Christmas.

Technician performed a thorough job
Matthew serviced 5 appliances. I had concerns about the range, but Matthew explained to me how ranges are manufactured: they're either off or on and that accounts for the inability of the cooking surface to maintain a simmer. He tested all heating and chilling components. He provided recommendations for future appliance purchases such as a dish washer with a water sensor tray between the unit and the floor. I was hesitant to take advantage of this service, but glad I did.

Technician did a great job. Put in replacement parts in a timely manner. Only issue with service company not the tech was my appointment timeframe was 8am to 5pm. Had an arrival time on email as 137pm. Tech called at 415p that he was on his way.
