Samsung Dishwasher Leak
Unsure if issue is resolved. He was very kind/helpful however he was unable to do anything to really ensure the issue will not be repeating itself. We could not replicate the leak and can only hope for the best moving forward.

Good service
Tried for over an hour after I went on line and kept getting oops sorry when I tried to verify arrival time, system must have been down. But patrickndid a good job explained everything he did as he checked out the problem. Cleaned everything up nicely. We were going to sign up for the warranty service but we're told it's not offered in the shelton area so that's a bummer.

Refrigerator repair
Second trip to repair refrigerator as part needed to be ordered. Two weeks later came back to install part. Tech said that the part may be faulty or his meter was not working as all similar parts were showing bad. When He left he said I hope we got lucky. Not words of encouragement after waiting two weeks to get the refrigerator working. Get him a new meter that actually diagnoses current issues.

The problem was not fixed
Patrick was very helpful and courteous. He thought he had fixed the issue and instructed us that we should have ice in 24 to 48 hours. We still don't have ice.

Poor service
The service tech reinstalled the dishwasher crooked, uneven and out of level. Left a part out and denied it was his doing when I called him. Scratched the top of the door. I spent 3 hours Sunday repairing his work. He did find the power cord had worked loose, that earned him the 1 star.

Not scared. So there.
Late. No notice of delay. Tried to scare me into getting home protected service to avoid "thousands" in charges but he could not fix anything because he found a dead roach behind the stove drawer. Basically costed me 140 to knock on the door. He priced one part at 780 or so and said many parts were needed. I found a new one same company for 799. No need to mess with this company any more.
