Pat was at my home before for my dryer. This time it was for my washer. He taught me how I need to be taking better care of my washer and he showed me how. It was wonderful. He is very personable.

Patrick took the time to explain what was wrong with our freezer and how it happened. Unfortunately, not a lot can be done except to avoid small pieces of anything being loose in the freezer.

Technician was very thorough
Patrick listened, checked a few things, removed the top cover and saw the probable reason for the loud noise when operating on high spin. He took pictures, explained what he thought was happening and removed the packing bolts. Also explained why the washer may not have filled with enough water when operating on quick wash at small load using hot water. We're anxious test the changes.
