Arrival was a bit later than expected but service was great.

The repairman was great. 5 stars for Tom. But he was only here for 15 minutes but the labor cost was $397.00. Or $26.50 per minute. I would advise people the service is great but the labor cost is extreme.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! If we could choose ZERO stars, or better yet negative stars we would. We’ve been living with a broken refrigerator now for two weeks, and this company has promised us an appointment four separate times, canceling last minute the day of, each and every time. There is no explanation for the cancellations. You can’t reach a human being. They don’t return calls. Everything is online. There’s nobody to complain to. If you have any other options, I highly recommend using them! This is not the reliable Sears company that people trust and love.

An absolute nightmarish waste of time, still waiting for a refund for the EIGHT WEEKS of failed repairs and $430 in charges. You're better off just buying a new appliance than working with Sears.
