Great job!
This tech does a very professional and thorough job! He is the only bright spot in the very poor job done by the Sears team. It has taken 6 months for this repair to be completed due to cancellation issues and issues with parts. The only person in the whole process who did a great job was the repairman He deserves a raise and the rest of the team needs to do a better job

Impeccable Service
Second time I've had Jeff out here to fix an appliance. First time was an oven and this time was a washing machine. Very efficient, very friendly and if I have another appliance breakdown I hope he is the service man who comes out to fix it.
