Very professional and technically excellent
Sayed is awesome, represents the Sears brand very well. No issues with his service, top notch pro. Having said that, my experience with Sears Home Services has been abysmal. Starting with an 8-hour service window (you may have to wait all day for a tech to arrive) to three back-to-back no-shows and no-calls. Their chat feature is awful as are the "customer service" representatives (many are under trained and / or don't communicate well). The only reason I am using this company is that it is the preferred service provider for GE Appliances corporate office. Many, many service failures and a culture of "who cares?" at their call center, meanwhile the Technicians have to work within this terrible culture and via abundant broken business processes. It's a shame and it's so frustrating for us as customers. I feel sorry for good people like Sayed.

Nangyalai it was great. I had other service technicians at the house at the same time working on other repairs and also managing my doggies and outdoor things. He was extremely professional, courteous, and very efficient. He came in, did his job, repaired my dishwasher, was extremely kind, and was courteous. I appreciate his professionalism

Wahidullah was polite, professional, and very nice. He seemed to know his job very well and answered any questions we had. He is a top-notch technician and an invaluable asset to the Sears Home Services team. He is someone Sears would be wise to keep as a technician. If we need service again, I will demand Sears send Wahidullah to fix our problem. He has been one of the best technicians we have had.

A Straight Shooter
