Diagnostic of repair for Samsung fridge
We glad we used professional service . We took advice to purchase full coverage insurance for our appliances and only time show if we will use it or not . The representative was respectful, explained will , show up on time , polite and took care well issues . We highly recommend.

Dryer Died
Joseph arrived mid-afternoon. I explained what had happened/when the dryer stopped working. Within 20-30 minutes he had it working again!! It was a broken belt & he had a replacement in his van! So glad I didn't need a new dryer!!

Why does it take 6 appointments for service
ALL Three ordered parts arrived at my house on 7/12/24, repair was finally completed on 8/5/24 You scheduled 6 repair confirmed appointments 7/19-7/19-7/29-7/30-7/31 8/5 and cancelled them the day of, or the day before, except for todays 8/5/24. In total, I even had "3 EMERGENCY requests", several "I talked to scheduling and you are confirmed", two "I will talk to back ????" and many "Dont worry you are confirmed scheduled and I told them you have all the parts ordered". Each time I called in I was assured my NEXT appointment was CONFIRMED set, then it would be cancelled. I did not like that the tech would present a blank screen for my signature on his phone for approval, how was I supposed to know what I was signing? All in all, the phone people were nice and would tell you ANYTHING to make you happy when in fact I had to call 20 times to get a completed repair. Seear was great but I would not renew my service contract if you gave me 4 more years FREE. I would get texts from NEW LEAF "Hi this is new leaf checking status………If repair is complete please press 1" I assume this was so ticket could be closed out. There was no option for NO or any contact information provided. I would have to say in my 74 years this was the VERY WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE, AND I AM SURE YOU HAVE SHORTENED MY LIFE SPAN BY 5 YEARS
