The repair took two trips and a month to complete. He was very nice and this may not be his fault but we went without a working washing machine for a month.

This place is a scam. I have taken three different days off of work for them to come fix my appliance, all three days they tell the warranty company they were here and unable to access the machine… NOT TRUE! They never even showed up. They are all scam artists and liars.

I filed a claim 9/13/24 and scheduled an appt. No one showed. Them a representative deleted my claim and filed a new one. No one ever contacted me and when I spoke to representatives online and by phone they couldn’t provide an update and were rude. Scheduled another appt- no show. Scheduled another and was called the day of saying it was cancelled cause the technician had a family emergency. The following week the technician came and told me that was a lie- his supervisor sent him to another location. He looked at dryer and ordered parts and a week and a half later they fixed it. I was without a dryer for 40 days! Will never buy from Lowe’s again! The technicians that came to my home are 5 stars- everything else sucked!

I am totally disappointed in Sears and Choice Home Warranty. I have been with out my air conditioner for about 7 or 8 weeks maybe longer. But these 2 can not work together at all. You tell me whats hard about that. My next appointment is Aug. 2 they came by on the 5 of July told Choice it was fixed so I was told by Choice. So now I have to wait till Aug. 2 to maybe get it fixed. I am so done with both of them. I have some medical issues that this heat makes thing worse. So here I am sitting in front of 2 fans and a portable air. Legs above my heart due to major swelling from some of my health problems. I feel it’s no need to say more. I hope both company’s read this but it’s nothing they have not heard.
